The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of The Ticket Department content, without the express consent of a The Ticket Department representative, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.
3. The Ticket Department website might include trademarks, copyrighted material, products or other proprietary rights of The Ticket Department and/or other parties. No license to, or rights to such materials are conferred to you.

13. The Ticket Department is an indepentant Ticket Broker and is not affiliated with any box office ticketing system, such as TicketMaster, Performer or Sports Team. The prices of our tickets reflect the difficulty of obtaining quality seating and hard to locate tickets.
14. All sales are final. No exchanges or cancellations can be made after the purchase has been confirmed.
15. Tickets are shipped when they become physically available and will be shipped directly to you. You are guaranteed that your purchase will arrive prior to the event.
